The story of Qwetch
The story of Qwetch began when Stéphane Miquel travelled to Danian in China with friends, and met the head of the humanitarian association, Couleurs de Chine (Colours of China). In China, everyone drinks loose leaf tea, anytime, anywhere from home to the paddy fields, at work, while commuting, in parks, alone or as a family… Inspired by this culture, on his return to France, Stéphane developed the concept of the “on-the-go teamug”. He adapted the traditional container in which the Chinese infuse their daily tea to the requirements of western tea and infusion drinkers. And that’s how Qwetch started in 2010! For the last 10 years Qwetch has been offering safe and reusable on-the-go food containers which allow people to eat, drink and infuse every day. Containers designed for those who want to transport their food and drink while avoiding the use of disposable bottles and food packaging.
